Local community management

Tribe Circle

Manage people, space, inventory, time, and money.

We help local community leaders make day-to-day operations simple.

The problem

Running a shared space is hard

Especially when you are working with creative people and subcultures.

If you run a rehearsal room, studio, or maker space with 10–30 people, you probably spend more time chasing keys, payments, and WhatsApp chaos than making art.

Each local community is a different ecosystem, with its own specific needs. Helping a community grow without becoming overwhelmed is a tough challenge.

Another challenge is managing off-signal spaces like basements and outdoor areas β€” places without reliable connectivity or power.

The solution

A minimalist system, fine-tuned to your tribe

A minimalist management system, fine-tuned to your particular needs.

With smart locks that work outdoors and in off-signal spaces β€” no internet, GSM, or electricity required on the lock itself.

Shared creative space β€” rehearsal and community

How it works

Members on the app. Leaders in the back office.

Members use a focused mobile / web app. Leaders use a cloud-hosted back office.

Even when the lock (lever, padlock, or keybox) is offline, you can issue a PIN on demand for a specific member, valid only for a defined time window. When the PIN expires, it cannot be reused. If something happens, you can verify real lock activity via Bluetooth.

It is reliable and secure β€” PINs are not something you can steal, lose, or lock-pick like a physical key.

Members unlock with a PIN β€” no internet or smartphone required at the door.

We are looking for pilot communities

We are at the beginning of this journey and want to shape the product with real communities in the loop.

The idea is simple: you get free access for an extended period, and in return you share feedback and real-world needs. We adapt features specifically for your tribe.

This kind of early access will not last forever β€” if you are curious, reach out.

We built Tribe Circle because other tools felt over-complicated, inflexible, and expensive for small communities.

Become a pilot community β€” let us talk

Tell us how your shared space runs today, what breaks first operationally, and what β€œgood” would look like for your members and crew.
